If there is a God, then miracles are possible. If there is a God who wants to get our attention, then miracles are also logical.
If you notice, the miracles in the Bible are done in service to someone: the Red Sea parted to allow the Israelites to cross on dry land, a blind person receiving sight, a storm calmed in order to increase the faith of the disciples, etc. God doesn’t merely show off by doing miracles; rather, they are part of His compassionate service toward people. The signs He had recorded in Scripture also serve a teaching purpose of His — water changed to wine, blind people seeing, feeding with bread, walking on water, etc.
Jesus insisted that the miracles He performed were meant to verify His words. And through His words, He was saying that He was God Himself.
We should not be surprised about the stupendous things we see in the Bible. With God, all things are possible. He is the Creator of all things, and can create from nothing. He can call into existence that which did not exist before. He can make it so that a 90-year-old barren woman gives birth, or a young virgin conceives and is with child. Nothing is too difficult for the eternal God.
