It don’t matter who you are, what religion you are, drink all you want, as long as you are in control, and that it doesn’t control you.

The door is always open, if your under control, and keep seeking a connection with the Lord.

True Christians would probably refrain from Alcohol beverage because it alters the consciousness and allow a ***** in the armor. If you are truly walking with God, especially if you are a new Christian, satan is going to try every way he can to discredit the experience. When you get salvation it is like a “new you” is going to emerge. That “new you” is an enemy to the devil. He is looking for every opportunity he can find to bring you down to your old self. It is important that you do all of your maintenance and reject him at every door way. He will keep trying until he realizes it is hopeless, and even then the elect could be deceived.
The word wine to describe fermented drink was attached to the grape drink at a later time. I believe the Orientals invented it. It wouldn’t seem feasible that the Jewish faith would believe in fermented beverage when they insisted that bread had to be unleavened? Also the high Priest used to squeeze the grapes by hand into the chalice before drinking it, so how did it get fermented.
